Mitigation Futures is a conservancy formed to support conservation of natural resources in Texas.
We were established to protect valuable resources to ensure the sustainability of our ecosystem integrity.
Our Focus
Our focus is to assist developers with small mitigation sites to provide long term monitoring and protection, which benefits the economics of area through development, as well as maintaining and enhancing small pockets of urban wildlife and water quality areas.
Lands We Protect
Mitigation Futures Conservancy accepted their first conservation easement in December 2013 for a mitigation area located in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
The easement covers approximately six acres and protects an ephemeral stream mitigation area and associated upland buffer.
